Joshua Walker, 34, a male from Dacula, Georgia, was shot during an argument that reignited at a Chevron gas station at 1200 Franklin Gateway SE in Marietta on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, just before 4 p.m. Police said the dispute had begun earlier in the day and escalated when the two men crossed paths again at the station off Interstate 75. Walker was taken from the scene to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
