Jayshua "Choco" Nivar, a 20-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically shot to death on July 27, 2022. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. outside a deli located at 717 E. 187th Street near Crotona Avenue in the Belmont section of the Bronx. Nivar was shot twice in the head and once in the hip.
