Elvys Familia, a 38-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically murdered on August 31, 2021. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 4:25 a.m., when police responded to a 911 call reporting an unconscious male in front of 1476 Walton Avenue, within the confines of the 44th Precinct.
