On November 25, 2021, Yefri Jimenez, a 22-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred around 9:51 PM in front of 1527 Westchester Avenue. According to police reports, Jimenez was shot in the back, with the bullet exiting through his abdomen. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded promptly and transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was later pronounced dead.
