On a Wednesday evening in the Bronx, the life of 22-year-old male Malik Bright was tragically cut short. It was May 11, 2022, at approximately 6:45 PM, when police responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired near East 164th Street and River Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Bright with two gunshot wounds to the back of his head.
