Malik Bright, a 22-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot on May 11, 2022, near the entrance of Mullaly Park in the Bronx. The incident occurred around 6:45 PM when police responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired in the vicinity of East 164th Street and River Avenue.
