In the spring of 2018, the life of a talented 24-year-old street dancer named Charles Powell was tragically cut short on a street in the Bronx. On the evening of May 16th, at approximately 5:50 p.m., gunshots echoed near East 169th Street and Clay Avenue. When police arrived at the scene, they found Powell unconscious and unresponsive, having sustained gunshot wounds to his head and leg.
