Jordan Rodriguez, a 28-year-old resident of Staten Island, was tragically shot and killed in the Bronx on July 31, 2021. The incident occurred around 3:10 a.m. on 3rd Avenue near East 163rd Street. According to reports, Rodriguez was a member of the Black Miller Army gang. Surveillance footage captured the harrowing moments of the shooting, showing the gunman firing multiple shots at Rodriguez as he attempted to flee.
