On a Thursday evening in the Bronx, a dispute outside of a deli tragically escalated, leaving a 56-year-old man, Anthony Huggins, fatally wounded. The Black / African American male was shot in the head just before 9:30 p.m. on June 12, 2025, in front of the Franklin Gourmet Deli located at 621 E. 169th Street in the Morrisania section of the borough.
