Wayne Alan Lipford, a 43-year-old male, was fatally shot on the evening of Tuesday, October 14, 2008, in Prince George's County. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. in the 5200 block of Flintridge Drive in Hyattsville, Maryland. Responding to a report of a shooting, police discovered Lipford on the ground with gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was a resident of the 3600 block of Pocono Place in Beltsville.
