On a cold January afternoon, the life of 19-year-old Ronado John Butler was tragically cut short in a brazen shooting in Prince George's County, Maryland. On January 10, 2009, while stopped at a traffic light near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Walters Lane, another vehicle pulled alongside Butler's car.
