McKinney Antonio White Jr., a 34-year-old resident of District Heights, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on January 24, 2011. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. in the parking lot of the Penn Station Shopping Center on Silver Hill Road. White was sitting inside a parked car when an unknown assailant approached the vehicle and began firing into it. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
