Kevin Simmons, a 53-year-old resident of District Heights, Maryland, tragically lost his life on the evening of December 24, 2023. At approximately 11:10 p.m., officers from the Prince George’s County Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 2900 block of Ritchie Road.
