Edson Keister, a 39-year-old resident of Bowie, Maryland, was tragically shot to death on November 5, 2015, in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. in the 1400 block of Southern Avenue. When officers from the Prince George’s County Police Department arrived at the scene, they found Keister suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
