On a summer morning in Oxon Hill, Maryland, a dispute turned deadly, leaving a Washington, D.C. man shot and killed. The victim was identified as 45-year-old Tyrone Jones, a Black male. The incident unfolded on July 6, 2024, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in a parking lot in the 800 block of Southern Avenue.
