On November 30, 2023, at approximately 5:55 pm, a tragic incident occurred in Oxon Hill, Maryland. Officers responded to a shooting in the 6000 block of Oxon Hill Road, where they found 47-year-old Neris Requeno Rodriguez of Temple Hills suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle. Rodriguez was immediately transported to a hospital, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries several hours later.
