Derrick Jermaine McCray, aged 41, tragically passed away on January 27, 2016, in Oxon Hill, Maryland. On that day, officers responded to a call on St. Barnabas Road where they found McCray lying in the street, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries a few hours later.
