On a late summer evening in Oxon Hill, Maryland, a dispute between two acquaintances escalated to a fatal conclusion. On September 4, 2020, at approximately 9:45 pm, patrol officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Audrey Lane following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered 26-year-old Justin Easter outside, unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
