In the quiet neighborhood of Oxon Hill, Maryland, a domestic dispute on the evening of December 2, 2020, escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 33-year-old Levi Harrison James. That night, police responded to a report of a shooting at a residence on Winthrop Street. Inside the home, they discovered Mr. James suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the arrival of emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
