Dorian Hurd, a 20-year-old student-athlete from Oxon Hill, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on March 18, 2021. Hurd, who was a student at the University of the District of Columbia and a graduate of Blake High School, was gunned down outside a tattoo parlor in the 4300 block of St. Barnabas Road.
