Howard Nakia Graham, a 33-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was tragically killed in a double-shooting incident on March 30, 2020, in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Southern Avenue, where officers responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found Graham suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Another individual was also injured in the shooting but survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
