On a quiet Thanksgiving morning in 2017, the holiday peace was shattered in Forest Heights, Maryland, by the discovery of a young man's body. Twenty-year-old Aaron Taylor of Oxon Hill was found inside a car, having been fatally shot. The grim scene was located in the 100 block of Cree Drive, where law enforcement officials were called to respond at approximately 6 a.m.
