Ravond Simms, a 24-year-old resident of Southwest Washington, D.C., was tragically shot and killed on May 7, 2019, in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The incident occurred around midnight in the 5200 block of Kenmont Road. When police arrived at the scene, they found Simms suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
