On September 3, 2012, Amy Cole, a 49-year-old woman from Cleveland, Ohio, was shot during an armed robbery. The incident took place on East 90th Street in Cleveland. According to reports, Amy was sitting in her car when a man described as being in his late 20s, approximately 5’10” tall, and weighing around 175 pounds approached her vehicle with a long-barreled firearm. During the confrontation, Amy attempted to grab the weapon, but the suspect fired, striking her fatally.
