Carol Posner, a 76-year-old woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on January 3, 2017. She was found shot to death in her home on Morley Road in Shaker Heights, along with a man believed to be her husband. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed her death, and police believe her husband shot her before turning the gun on himself. There were no other suspects involved, and the incident was deemed a murder-suicide.
