On September 10, 2023, at approximately 11:10 p.m., a tragic double shooting occurred in the 5500 block of Livingston Terrace in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The incident claimed the lives of two men, one of whom was 28-year-old Charles Oxley from Oxon Hill.
