Rodney Snowden, a 28-year-old resident of Oxon Hill, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2018, in a double shooting incident. The shooting occurred in the 5600 block of Saint Barnabas Road, where officers found Snowden suffering from gunshot wounds.
