Chloe Nichole Davis-Green, a two-year-old girl from Fort Washington, Maryland, tragically lost her life on February 2, 2016. Chloe and her mother, NeShante Davis, were found with gunshot wounds in the parking lot outside their home. NeShante Davis, a 26-year-old elementary school teacher, was pronounced dead at the scene, while Chloe was taken to a nearby hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
