Jean Innocent, 42, a woman, died on June 24, 2010, in Fort Washington, Maryland, after a shooting that left her as one more name on a day suddenly split into “before” and “after.” In the late afternoon, at about 4:30 p.m., violence found her on Corning Avenue in the 400 block of Fort Washington where she was reported as having been shot.
