In the early morning hours of December 14, 2019, the life of 31-year-old Stefon Hagans was tragically cut short. At approximately 2 a.m., deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office were called to the 1700 block of Dale Lane in Salisbury, Maryland, for a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Hagans suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to Peninsula Regional Medical Center, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
