Desirei Demeris Joyner, aged 52, was tragically killed on September 19, 2001, in Salisbury, Maryland. On that evening, at around 10:15 p.m., officers from the Salisbury Police Department responded to the area near Priscilla Street and the railroad tracks following reports of a homicide.
