Angel Morales, a 48-year-old man, was killed on August 29, 1998, in Salisbury, Maryland. The incident took place at approximately 12:50 a.m. near the VFW on W. Main Street. Salisbury Police Department officers responded to a report of a homicide and discovered Morales had been robbed and shot with a small caliber handgun. He was found unresponsive, and investigators quickly determined it was a homicide.
