In the early hours of a Monday morning in Salisbury, Maryland, the life of 25-year-old Richard Darrien Tull was tragically cut short. On June 5, 2006, at approximately 12:10 a.m., chaos erupted in the parking lot of the Queen City Elks Lodge located at 230 Catherine Street. Amid the confusion, Tull was struck by a bullet from an unidentified gunman.
