Richard Tull, aged 25, was tragically killed on June 5, 2006, in Salisbury, Maryland. The incident took place around 12:10 a.m. at the Queen City Elks Lodge located on Catherine Street. Salisbury Police Department (SPD) officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Tull suffering from a gunshot wound behind a nearby residence.
