Devonta Fagans, a 26-year-old resident of Salisbury, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 29, 2021. The incident occurred at an apartment complex in the 500 block of Emory Court in Salisbury. According to reports, Fagans was found with apparent gunshot wounds around 10 p.m. on that Friday night. Officers from the Salisbury Police Department responded to the scene following reports of a shooting.
