Keonte Gaskins, a 21-year-old from Salisbury, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 11, 2016. His body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in a stairwell at the Waterside Apartments in Salisbury. The initial police response to reports of gunshots at around 12:13 a.m. did not yield any findings. However, later that morning, at approximately 6:40 a.m., officers were called back to the scene where Gaskins' body was found.
