Zeshaan Ali Toppa, a 21-year-old resident of Essex, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 9, 2020. The incident occurred in the 500 block of Welbrook Road, where Toppa was found with a fatal gunshot wound to his upper body. The Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit quickly launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
