Jayvon Ghim, a 21-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on June 27, 2021. Ghim grew up in Northeast Baltimore and had been trying to turn his life around after spending four years in prison for armed robbery, theft, and assault. His family had high hopes for his future, especially after the devastating loss of his younger cousin, Milton Carrington, who was fatally shot in 2019 during a quadruple shooting in East Baltimore.
