Ray Parker, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, MD, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2019. He was found shot to death on Cliftview Avenue near Germania Avenue in the Darley Park neighborhood of Baltimore. The incident also involved a 20-year-old woman who was shot but survived and was recovering from her injuries.
