On a cold December evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of Desmond Marquise Carr was tragically cut short. On December 7, 2021, the 33-year-old man was fatally shot in the head. The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. in the 3900 block of Edgewood Road, where police responded to a report of gunfire.

Upon their arrival, officers discovered Carr suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics were called to the scene, but Carr was pronounced dead from his injuries. The case was quickly classifie ...
