In the quiet neighborhood of North Baltimore, the evening of January 28, 2023, was shattered by the sound of gunfire, leaving a community in shock and a family heartbroken. Marcus Alsup Jr., a 42-year-old man, was fatally shot while on duty as an MTA mobility bus driver. The incident occurred in the 4800 block of Kimberleigh Road, a street described by residents as typically peaceful.
