A beloved 36 year old father of two is found shot in his apartment In the autumn of 2012, the life of 36-year-old Troy Dujan Garvin, a Black male, was tragically cut short in his own home. On the evening of October 13, 2012, authorities in Louisville, Kentucky, responded to a call about a shooting at an apartment in the 4400 block of Norene Lane. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Garvin's body inside his residence. He had sustained a single gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
