On October 2, 2023, Giovanni Javier Rodriguez, a 17-year-old resident of Louisville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident. The event occurred in the early morning hours, just before 4 a.m., at the Douglas Park apartments near Southside Drive in Louisville.
