Do you know who murdered Douglas Spencer? In the early hours of a late spring morning in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of Douglas L. Spencer was tragically cut short. On May 29, 2017, the 31-year-old Black male, known to some as 'Fresh,' was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the Russell neighborhood. Despite being rushed to the University of Louisville Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
