Do you know who murdered Charles Hill? On a Sunday afternoon in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 33-year-old Charles James Hill, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On October 16, 2016, at approximately 3 p.m., Hill was shot in the Beecher Terrace housing complex, located in the 400 block of West Court.
