Do you know who murdered Jacob Rice?
On the night of April 18, 2016, 24-year-old Black male Jacob Rice was fatally shot at his residence on North 39th Street in Louisville, Kentucky. According to his grandfather, Herschel Rice, Jacob had been living with him for several months. That evening, Jacob answered the side door of the home and was shot multiple times. Despite his injuries, he managed to stumble up the stairs, reportedly stating that he did not recognize the shooter. He succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
