In the community of Goose Creek, South Carolina, the life of 40-year-old Alvin J. Walker was tragically cut short on the evening of March 20, 2019. That day, deputies from the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 100 block of Liberty Hall Road following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Walker lying in the grass, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, with a bystander attempting to render aid.
