On a tragic Friday evening in Pageland, South Carolina, the life of 48-year-old James Daniel Myers Jr. was cut short. On August 2, 2019, Chesterfield County deputies responded to a call shortly after 5 p.m. from a residence on Highway 9. There, they discovered that Myers had been fatally shot in what was described as a domestic-related incident.
