On January 26, 2024, 13-year-old Jacob Duncan tragically lost his life in a drive-by shooting on Bennett Road in the Pageland area of Chesterfield County, South Carolina. Jacob, described by his family as a kindhearted and humble individual who cherished his role as an uncle, was an innocent bystander during the incident.
