Death by Force

James Williams, a 25-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was fatally shot on October 22, 2015. The incident took place on the 500 block of East Indiana Avenue, where Philadelphia police officers responded to reports of a shooting at around 1:08 p.m. When officers arrived, they discovered Williams suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. He was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries later that afternoon.
