McKenize Corey Stewart, aged 42, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2019, in Sumter, South Carolina. The incident occurred during an early morning home invasion at his residence on Dingle Street. According to reports, two men entered Stewart's home around 2:47 a.m. and demanded money. During the attempted armed robbery, shots were fired, and Stewart sustained a gunshot wound. He was transported to Prisma Health Toumey, where he was pronounced dead.
