In the quiet city of Sumter, South Carolina, a gathering of friends turned tragic on an April evening in 2015. DiQuon Jadar Morgan, a 24-year-old male, was at a home in the 300 block of Bowman Drive when his life was cut short. On the night of Monday, April 27, 2015, police responded to a call of a shooting at the residence after 10 p.m.
